For the first time, you are watching a National Show online. A most enormous vote of thanks to Alison Roberts for the tremendous effort she's made to put this together, both prior to and during the show. And of course, her job won't end there; the photos of both cats and social events will follow results.
This is the fifth time Tasmania has hosted the ACF National and my fourth as show manager. We have experienced severe difficulties with the airlines' recent restrictions on the number of cats they will take per flight which has affected our entries, but it's ACF's policy to move the National around the country no matter what, so once in every cycle of shows, the members of each affiliate have the National on their doorstep.
To the committee who have worked so hard to present this show, I say a huge cyber-thankyou - take a bow! To all those who are working on the day - we are indebted to you. And to the exhibitors - thankyou for being with us today.
